Sunday, the Patz's came over for a BBQ and the kiddos had some pool time! Braelyn watch Brody climb in and out of the pool a few times and then decided it was her turn. The pool was pushed up against the step on the patio so Braelyn discovered that she could crawl out on to the patio. Once she figured that out, it was crawl out, crawl in (have Mommy help put her back in so she didn't face plant into the water), and repeat, over and over. :)

Braelyn started doing downward dog quite a bit last weekend and during the week so we knew it would be just a matter of time until she was standing. She had pulled herself up to standing a couple of times but not consistently and seemed to be more by accident than on purpose. But on Sunday evening after watching Brody walk around all afternoon, she was pulling herself up to standing with ease and didn't look like it took much concentration. Time to move nonbaby stuff up even higher. What happen to our little girl who just laid there and kicked?!?...Can't blink or she will be walking!
