How far along? 20 weeks
Total weight gain? 12 lbs
Symptoms? My back is starting to bother me more often, especially on the left side middle of my rib cage for some reason.
Food cravings? Still enjoying sweets and fruit.
Missing anything? Not really
Started to show? I have now started to get comments from people I don't know about the baby bump so there is no question anymore...I've got the clear baby bump!
Maternity clothes? I made the switch! Now I don't have enough so have been ordering quite a few things online lately.
Feeling any movement? I don't think so. We have our 20 week appointment on Wednesday so that is one of my questions for the doctor.
Emotions? Probably a little more emotional but not as bad as last week at all!
Best moment this week? Having Bob & Bev come visit!
Working out? Didn't go to Zumba or bootcamp this week b/c Bob and Bev were in town but we did a lot of walk and gardening so that counts!
Halfway to being able to meet our new little one! Can't believe that it has been 20 weeks already and also can't believe we only have 20 weeks to go. We have so much that needs to get done before then! I still have no complains about the pregnancy, it has really be quite easy and kinda fun, and do know to consider myself very lucky. Though Jason and I are preparing ourselves for a colicky baby that doesn't ever sleep since the pregnancy is going so well. We figure we can't get a perfect pregnancy and a perfect sleeping baby but here is to hoping!! :)
We had a very fun weekend once again. Jason's parents came to visit on Thursday night to Monday night. On Thursday night we went to Science Lounge at the Museum of Nature and Science. It was a great night and they had the rooftop open. Such great views!

Unfortunately, Jason had to go to work for a few hours on Friday but Bob, Bev, and I went to the nursery and pick out some flowers for our pots out front. I am clueless when it comes to gardening and have a brown thumb so I was relying heavily on Bev to pick out the flowers. I did learn quite a bit though and feel more comfortable than I did before. We came home and they help do some sprucing up in our backyard. After a lot of trimming, pruning, and 4+ garbage bags later, our backyard looks awesome! It was so great for their help and I learn quite a bit as well! The flowers out front look amazing too! Hopefully, I can keep them alive! :) We also found the Buddha, hidden behind a bush that needed to be trimmed, that Kevin & Kim brought and hid when they came and visited in January!
On Saturday morning we went to the Boulder's Farmers Market. Bev, Jason, and I had an interesting run in with a crazy lady name Sue. Crazy is pretty much the only way to describe her. She asked Jason to hold her bike for a second and then starting asking me a few questions about my pregnancy and then just started rambling on about who know what. At one point she put her hands near my belly, started to cry, and said that she feels it and I am having a girl. Then she went on and on about how Jason needs to have my back, and then something about yoga, selling high-end jewelry, and her nephew that only has 2/3th of a heart, she started crying another time or two and finally almost 15 mins later we got away. Bob just stood back and watch the whole thing and took pictures. ha-ha! I guess we got the true Boulder experience. Saturday afternoon we went over to a BBQ at the neighbors.
Sunday we went on a nice long walk with Gibson around the neighborhood, went out to brunch, and then went to the Rockies game. It was a little chilly at the start of the game but by the end the sun had come out and it was quite nice. The Rockies won so that was good too. We then went to Denver Beer Company before heading home.

Monday was rainy so we hung out at the house for a bit, then went and did the Coors Brewery Tours, grabbed a late lunch, and then it was time to drop Bob and Bev off at the airport. It was an awesome weekend! We really enjoyed their visit! It is always tough to say goodbye when family comes to visit but we are going to Chicago for the 4th of July so that made it easier!
Looking forward to our 20 week ultrasound and Dr. visit on Wednesday!
