Braelyn has been getting up at 4:15am every morning this week. She must be teething! This is similar to what she did with the bottom teeth....wake up once a night for a week and then nothing for a couple of weeks, then a little fussy and the teeth broke though. So I think we are in the 1st phase of the next round of teefers.
Braelyn dropped her 3 bottle this week so she is now is down to only 2 (4oz) bottles at daycare. She never really seemed interested in the 3rd bottle so we decided to cut it out and see how it goes. She did just fine. So I am now only pumping 1x a day (planning to be done pumping by Thanksgiving at the very latest). They are still offering a sippy cup of milk at daycare as well but she continues to refuse it.

Found out that Braelyn's daycare boyfriend Jack is going to move to Primrose as well!! So excited that Braelyn is going to have a friend at her new daycare!
Braelyn has been making noises with her tongue that could eventually turn into words. So fun to see her discover how to make different noises. She is a little chatter!

Braelyn stood on her own for a few seconds this weekend!! We were at Music Together class and I let go of her hands and she stood up for a few seconds before falling. And then when we got home we showed Daddy what she could do. Though she hasn't be willing to do it again after that. She has become MUCH braver walking along things though. She walks around all the furniture and cabinets. She will reach out to switch from one thing to the next (i.e. the end table to couch, activity table to wall) and let go of one thing before her hand is touching the other.
She also Loves to walk around the house while holding our hands. She giggles and chatters. Her little feet move pretty quickly.
Saturday after Music Class we ran errands and bought all the food for Braelyn's party and finished up all the party decorations. I of course went over board but I'm really excited for everything. It's going to be so cute!

Sunday was a very busy day! Braelyn got up early to cheered on Mommy and Auntie Colie run in the Hot Chocolate 5k. I was a little worried about the run since I definitely hadn't been running like I should have but it went really well! We ended up running it in less than 9 min miles! Go us!! Though 3.1 miles was far enough for us.

After the race we headed home for Braelyn's morning nap. She ended up sleeping for 1-1/2 hours! After nap it was time for Jack's (boyfriend at daycare) 1st birthday party!! It was at the park near the house. They had a ball pit that Braelyn loved!

After Jack's party we headed home for an afternoon nap before going over to the Plantan's Housewarming party. Though Braelyn was Not interested in an afternoon nap so we went to the party and hoped for the best. Braelyn did surprising well. She had fun playing with Jack and some new friends.
She was standing up holding on to Nick's knee, reached for Jason who was a couple feet away, let go and took a couple of falling steps to him!! Walking is coming soon!

A year ago today was my due date. So amazing, and crazy, and awesome what a difference a year makes! Though I'm definitely emotional about the fact that my baby is going to be one next week!!
