26 Weeks - getting ready for vacation!

The last week was busy getting everything ready to go to Florida. It is amazing how much stuff Brealyn needs/Mommy thinks she might need.  Jason and I are sharing a suitcase and Braelyn needs her own!  We are very excited to have a relaxing week away, hanging out with my family, and can't wait to see how Braelyn likes the pool. Can't wait to leave tomorrow!

Braelyn no longer has clogged tear ducts!! Woohoo!  Last weekend her eye was super gunky but then on Tuesday when we picked her up from daycare they made a comment that her eye was clean all day and they didn't have to wipe it out at all.  And ever since then it has been normal.  Must have pushed all the remaining gunk out over the weekend!  So happy that she doesn't have the gunky eyes anymore and doesn't have to deal with them being stuck shut sometimes because of it! :)

Braelyn was hanging out in the Rock 'n Play when we were getting ready for work in the morning and manged to pull herself up to sitting!  She seem very proud of herself when we looked over and noticed she was sitting up!

On Tuesday we had the Zabacks over for dinner. It was so cool to see Addy and Braelyn starting to interact and play together rather than just lay next to each other! Now we can start having real play dates instead of just Mommy catch up dates! :) They are also looking at houses in the next neighborhood over so hopefully it works out and they will be close.  Addy and Braelyn will be best friends forsure!

Such a happy girl!

Braelyn is starting to move around quite a bit now when she sleeps.  She ends up on her tummy or side every night and even seem to migrate sideways some nights!

 

The Patz's were nice enough to volunteer to watch Gibson while we are in Florida. We dropped him off tonight and Brody and Braelyn got to have a little play date. Can't believe how big they are both getting.  It seems like just yesterday we were visiting Scott & Ashely in the hospital meeting Brody!
