32 Weeks...8 months down, 2 to go!

How far along? 32 weeks
Baby is the size of a...Squash (16.5" long & 4.5 lbs)
Total weight gain? 25.5 lbs
Symptoms? I still have the middle back pain and have been having more lower back pain as well...still tolerable but worse in the evenings.  I have found that if I do some yoga stretches in the morning it helps as well. Overall still no huge complains. Hopefully, it stays that way for the next 8 weeks!

Food cravings? Still loving fruit & won't turn down sweets
Sleeping? No complaints...still sleeping through the night!!
Belly button popped? Stayed the same the last few week...thinking (and hoping) that is the way it will stay for the next 2 months.
Feeling any movement? Baby B movements feel more like pulses or wave like rolling and are typically in the middle to lower belly...lucky no jabs, kicks, or uncomfortable movements and so far Baby B is staying away from the ribs. Baby B sill seems to be most active during the day and doesn't wake me up at all at night.  My belly has been more lopsided and deformed than round this week. Baby B's head or butt pushes out on the right side making for an interesting looking belly.  We have also able to feel what we think is either a foot or a hand right above my belly button a few times as well.  Pretty cool!
Swelling? Nope
Best moment this week? Getting the nursery put together!!
Working out? Prenatal yoga, pilates, few walks with Gibson
This Week's To Do? Last Child Birth Prep class, pediatrician & newborn photographer search, car shopping.

At Boot Camp working the battle ropes

We had our 3rd birthing class on Wednesday which was the hospital tour.  The Labor and Delivery unit and Postpartum unit are both very nice.  Each laboring room is really good size and has a huge jacuzzi tub...definitely planning on taking advantage of that!  The postpartum room is a about half the size of the labor/delivery room but are nice as well.  Jason was not impressed by the couch that he is going to have to sleep on, so hopefully we won't have to be there too long.  It definitely made things a little more real.

We started the pediatrician search and the majority of the people we ask all go to the same practice.  They see a couple different doctors but all seem to be happy there.  So we are going to check out that one and one that my OB recommended and go from there. Not really such what to look for in a pediatrician so hoping the mommy instinct kicks in.

This weekend was Operation Baby Nursery.  We went through and organized the "tornado of baby" that had taken over the nursery...aka all the shower gifts that were all over the floor in the nursery, made the huge pile of clothes/blankets that need to be washed, and got the nursery all put together!!  It looks GREAT!!  We still need to get/hang a few pictures and the curtains that Jason's Grandma is making for us, but all and all it is pretty much done!  I love it!! Below is a sneak peak, but I will post some better pictures soon.

Tornado of Baby!

It's Done!!

We are keeping the glider and rock n play in our room for now
since we plan to have Baby B sleep there for the first few weeks.

Saturday afternoon we got together with our friends Scott & Ashley for the last time we are together just the 4 of us! So crazy!  They are scheduled for a C-section on Thursday since Baby Patz is breech and didn't move at all when they tried to turn him.  It is so crazy that they will have a baby at the end of the week...and we really aren't that far behind.  We are So excited for them and wish them the best of luck Thursday morning!  Can't wait to get the news that Baby Patz is here!

Last time we will both be pregnant together!

Sunday we ran errands and went over to the Geier's for dinner.  It had been quite a while since we had seen them so it was good to catch up. Sophia (3 year old daughter) decided that there is a baby girl in my tummy and that her name is going to be CeCe.  We will see! :)

It was a very productive weekend and we are now much more ready for Baby B's arrival!
