How far along? 10 weeks
Baby is the size of a...Prune (we don't want to eat prunes so going with a dried apricot), kumquat
Total weight gain/loss? 3 lbs
Symptoms? Nothing really...have been kinda bloated blah some nights this week but nothing major.
What is making me queasy or sick? Brussels sprouts were a no go on Sunday night
Food cravings? Nothing really...still really enjoying fruit and when we were at the grocery store the other day I kept pointing out sweets that sounded good, which is really not like me!
Missing anything? Earl Grey & Yorkshire Tea. Even though they say you can have caffeine in moderation, we agreed that I would not have any caffeine the 1st trimester and then after that I could have some occasionally. 2 more weeks to go!
Sleeping? Same as always....haven't had to get up during the night this week!
Started to show? Nothing that anyone else could notice but starting to feel a little "fat"
Emotions? Nothing different
Best moment this week? This week was a big week...I got a promotion and raise at work, we got the remainder of our dinning room furniture delivered, completed the ways we are breaking the news to people, and are another week closer to be able to tell friends and family!
Fears & excitements? Still the fear of getting too excited and then having a miscarriage. I'm afraid we are going to go to the ultrasound in 2 weeks and they aren't going to be able to find the heartbeat. Trying to to think about that too much! It still doesn't feel real. After the next ultrasound and we can see the baby and I can get reassurance that there is really a baby and everything is looking good then I think it will really hit me. And once I can actually talk about it.
To do List? Figure out which room will be the baby's room and start getting some ideas, figure out which classes we want to attend
