Lylia had some breathing issues about 15 mins after she was born so she spent the first 6 hours of her life in the NICU. Luckily, they weren't overly concerned but gave her a little oxygen and wanted to monitor her. Lylia just took a little longer to transition to the outside world.

After 6 hours of being monitored in the NICU Lylia was "released" and we all could go up to the postpartum room and enjoy cuddles with our perfect beautiful little girl!
Braelyn was staying at the Callahan's. Since we didn't get settled in our room until 6:00pm it was too late for Braelyn to come visit before her bedtime. We were able to talk to her on the phone and sent some pictures of Lylia. She was SUPER excited to have a baby sister. It was SO cute! Love my girls!
