Braelyn meets her Little Sister - and other hospital visitors

Saturday morning Jason stopped by the house to get the carseat) since he forgot it when we rushed out the door on Friday. And then went and picked up Braelyn so she could meet Lylia. Lylia and my doctors came when Jason was gone and said that both Lylia and I looked great.

Braelyn did awesome meeting her baby sister!  She was very interested in her and thought her tiny toes were pretty cute.

She was excited to show Lylia the gift that she bought her (giraffe and book)

And was excited for the awesome gift Lylia gave her. (owl backpack, books, stickers, and Big sister shirt)

After opening gifts, Braelyn wanted to hold her baby sister. She did a great job!

Diana and Jack came to meet Baby Lylia and pick Braelyn up. I wish she could have spent more time with us but the hospital room was not a very fun place for a 2 year old.

After Braelyn, Diana, and Jack left our doula Pauli came to visit for a bit.

Saturday afternoon was Lylia's 1st bath. Lylia was NOT a fan!

Mommy and Daddy got some cuddle and relaxation time with Lylia in the afternoon.  Auntie Colie came to visit Saturday evening.

Lylia's bilirubin levels were a little high so they had to do the heel prick. They were still within the ok levels so no tanning. They will check her again before we go home tomorrow to make sure they are still good.
